About All Writey Write
Hi, I am Allison Hannah. I am based in York Region. I have a background in social work and am a certified writing facilitator of the Amherst Writers and Artists Association (AWA)

I am a member of the Writers' Community of York Region (WCYR).
​
I have a special interest in writing memoir as well as facilitating timed writing sessions. I have a keen interest in the areas of child welfare and adoption as well as legacy writing. I am currently using Zoom as the platform for my sessions which are 90 minutes to two hours in duration.
Please contact me if you would like to inquire about running a writing session for a group. I have run library sessions in person. Alternatively, I would be happy to introduce you to other AWA facilitators who hold sessions, some of which are held in real life. This includes some retreat opportunities (Costa Rica, Spain, and more).
